Based on the confirmed dimensions, we cut high-density EVA foam blocks, ensuring precise sizing and uniform density for optimal cushioning. The mats feature interlocking edges, which the client chose to place in the middle for easier assembly and stability. Each block underwent strict quality inspection.
During transportation, we select either plastic bags or cardboard boxes according to the client’s requirements, and wrap the mats with plastic film to protect them from moisture and dust, ensuring safe delivery.
The mats were packaged as individual blocks, high-resolution photos were sent to the client for confirmation, and logistics were closely monitored to ensure on-time delivery.
The client quickly installed the mats, which fit the space perfectly, providing a safe, non-slip, and comfortable training surface. The modular design allows for future expansion or replacement of individual blocks without replacing the entire setup.
