The customer is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy based in the United States. They required custom roll-out BJJ mats for their training area, including their own brand logo printed on the surface. This 5cm thick mat provides superior shock absorption for daily high-intensity training.

The mat size and thickness were customized based on the exact floor dimensions provided by the customer to ensure full coverage of the training space.

The core requirement was to create a non-slip, stable, durable, and professional training surface suitable for daily high-intensity Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and grappling practice.

After receiving the customer's requirements, we confirmed all key specifications, including 5cm thickness, size, and logo design details.

Throughout the pre-production stage, we maintained close communication with the customer to ensure every detail met their expectations before proceeding to production.

After production was completed, we carried out a full inspection, including dimensions, thickness consistency, surface quality, and logo appearance.

We also provided product photos for final customer confirmation. Once approved, the shipment was arranged immediately to the United States.

After installation, the customer shared videos with us and also featured us on Instagram, which we truly appreciate.
