Do you offer free samples?
Yes, we can offer small size samples to check quality. Samples are free, and shipping cost depends on your address.
What’s the warranty of your product?
The warranty is 1 year for any quality problem caused by the factory.
What’s the solution if I receive something damaged?
Please take photos and videos of outer packaging before you unpack, and also take photos of the videos of the damaged products, we will claim from shipping agent and will offer replaced one or compensation to you.
Can I get a discount for larger quantity orders?
Though the price we offer is the most competitive as always, if quantity is larger, we can talk about the details and double confirm the best price to you.
What if the product cannot meet my requirements?
Please make sure you list all the requirements to us before purchasing, and we will let you know how much we can achieve that. If we cannot do something well that we agreed at the beginning, we can replace or refund for you.
How long is the production time? Do you have stock?
We have large stock for EVA mat based on our existed colors. For those we don’t keep stock, the production time is around 10-15 days. Urgent order is possible.
How do I clean the mats? Can I use disinfectant?
Simply warm water is good to clean the mat, and disinfectant is acceptable.
How do you protect the products during shipment?
We make sure all the products are well packed before shipment, they will be wrapped with some kind of soft material for protection.
Can I be your distributor?
We are interested to have distributor in certain area, and we are welcome to discuss about more details.
