After-Sales Policy

QT MAT is a professional martial arts mat and safety protection system manufacturer based in Guangdong Province, China, with our own production facility. With years of experience in the martial arts equipment industry, QT MAT is committed to providing high-quality, durable, and safe products, backed by reliable customer service and comprehensive after-sales support. This After-Sales Policy outlines our warranty coverage, claim procedures, and product care guidelines, ensuring our customers have a clear understanding of the support available after purchase.

1. Our Commitment

We take full responsibility for the quality of every product that leaves our factory.

If you receive a damaged item or discover a manufacturing defect during normal use, we will investigate promptly and work with you to reach an appropriate resolution. Our goal is to ensure every customer can use our martial arts mats safely and with complete confidence.

2. Conditions of Coverage

This after-sales policy applies under the following conditions:

  • The product was purchased directly from QT MAT
  • The product has been used under reasonable and normal conditions
  • The reported issue is related to an inherent product quality or manufacturing defect

Where these conditions are met, we will provide an appropriate after-sales resolution.

3. Warranty Period

All products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty, calculated from the date of the shipment invoice, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

4. Warranty Coverage

The following are covered under warranty:

Damage identified upon receipt, including but not limited to:

  • Abnormal damage to the mat surface
  • Visible defects in stitching, edges, or overall structure
  • Product condition inconsistent with normal factory standards

Inherent product quality issues, including but not limited to:

  • Defects in stitching, bonding, or structural workmanship
  • Abnormal materials, uneven foam, or performance not meeting intended use requirements
  • Product unable to function properly under normal use conditions

Manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

  • Structural issues caused during the manufacturing process
  • Workmanship problems that affect normal use or safety
5. What Is Not Covered

Damage caused by any of the following:

  • Improper installation
  • Failure to follow QT MAT care and handling guidelines
  • Misuse, abuse, or intentional damage
  • Accidental impact or collision damage
  • Improper storage or transportation
  • Modification or alteration of the product
  • Use of unapproved adhesives, tapes, or cleaning chemicals
  • Exposure to extreme environmental conditions (e.g. prolonged moisture, high heat, or corrosive environments)

Normal wear and tear, including:

  • Cosmetic scuffing or surface marks
  • Minor compression from storage or handling
  • Color fading or discoloration
  • Aesthetic changes that do not affect product performance
6. Product Care Guidelines

Proper daily care helps extend the life of your mats and is a necessary condition for maintaining warranty validity:

  • Regularly inspect the mat surface; address any signs of damage or wear promptly
  • Clean frequently using a neutral cleaner or dedicated mat cleaning product to maintain hygiene
  • Do not use bleach, as it will damage the mat surface material
  • When storing, avoid prolonged pressure, moisture, or exposure to high temperatures
7. Shipping Damage

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. If damage is found, please document it with photos or video within 48 hours of delivery and contact your sales representative immediately.

Where damage is determined to be the result of inadequate packaging on our part, QT MAT will take full responsibility and work with you to reach an appropriate resolution. Where damage results from other causes during transit, we will assist you in following up with the relevant parties.

8. Claim Process

We aim to acknowledge all claims within 48 hours of receipt and provide a resolution proposal within 5 business days.

Step 1 — Submit Your Claim
Contact your QT MAT sales representative and provide:

  • Order information and invoice date
  • Product type and description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video of the defect

Step 2 — Review & Verification
Our team will assess whether the reported issue falls within warranty coverage. If the initial materials are unclear, we may request additional photos or video.

Step 3 — Resolution
Once verified as a warranty-eligible issue, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution:

Situation Resolution
Partial units with quality issues Replacement units or collaborative resolution
Full batch quality issue Full remake or replacement
Defect cannot be resolved by replacement Refund negotiated for affected items

All resolutions are confirmed with the customer in writing before action is taken.

Step 4 — Closure
The after-sales case is closed once the customer confirms the issue has been satisfactorily resolved.

  • This policy is designed to help customers understand our after-sales process and does not affect any statutory legal rights
  • All cases are documented for quality tracking and continuous improvement
