QT MAT is a professional martial arts mat and safety protection system manufacturer based in Guangdong Province, China, with our own production facility. With years of experience in the martial arts equipment industry, QT MAT is committed to providing high-quality, durable, and safe products, backed by reliable customer service and comprehensive after-sales support. This Shipping Policy outlines our production timelines, order processing procedures, shipping methods, and estimated delivery times, ensuring our customers have a clear understanding of the entire process from production to delivery.

1. Production Time

Production time depends on the product type and order quantity.

Standard production times:

  • Roll-out Mats: 10–15 days
  • EVA Mats: 1–2 days (in stock)
  • Judo Mats: 15–20 days

For large volume orders, specific production and dispatch timelines will be confirmed between the customer and our sales team.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Production begins once all order details have been confirmed.

3. Transit Time

Estimated transit times vary depending on the destination:

  • Europe: approximately 65–75 days
  • Australia: approximately 45–50 days
  • United States: approximately 55–60 days

Please note that transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, port congestion, weather conditions, or other logistics factors.

4. Shipping Methods

We offer three shipping terms based on your location, order size, and logistical preferences. The most suitable option will be confirmed during the quotation process.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — Most Popular
Our most comprehensive shipping option and the preferred choice of most of our international clients. Under DDP terms, QT MAT handles the entire logistics chain on your behalf:

  • Export documentation and customs clearance at origin
  • International sea freight arrangements
  • Import duties and taxes (fully covered — no hidden charges)
  • Delivery to your specified address

You simply wait for your mats to arrive. No freight forwarder needed, no hidden fees.

CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight)
QT MAT covers the cost of sea freight and cargo insurance to your designated port of destination. Upon arrival, import customs clearance and local delivery are your responsibility. This option suits clients who have established relationships with local customs brokers.

FOB (Free On Board)
Suitable for clients who have their own freight forwarder or prefer to manage shipping independently. QT MAT delivers goods to the port of origin and hands them over to your nominated carrier. Freight costs, insurance, and import procedures from that point are your responsibility.

For most destinations, we offer door-to-door delivery. The final shipping method is subject to mutual agreement as confirmed in the quotation.

5. Freight Costs

Freight costs are calculated based on order volume, weight, and destination, and are presented transparently as part of your final quotation. All freight costs must be settled before shipment is arranged. As martial arts mats are large and heavy items, all orders are shipped by sea freight.

6. Packaging

All products are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged before leaving our factory to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

7. Duties & Taxes

In many cases, we are able to offer door-to-door delivery inclusive of customs clearance and import duties. However, this varies depending on the destination country and applicable regulations. Where duties and taxes are not included in the quotation, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide shipping and tracking information. You may also contact our sales team at any time for the latest updates on your shipment.

9. Shipping Damage

Please inspect your package upon receipt. If damage is found, please document it with photos or video within 48 hours of delivery and contact our sales team immediately. Where damage is determined to be the result of inadequate packaging on our part, QT MAT will take full responsibility and work with you to reach an appropriate resolution. Where damage results from other causes during transit, we will assist you in following up with the relevant parties.

10. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. QT MAT is not liable for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

11. Force Majeure & Logistics Delays

Delivery timelines may be extended under the following uncontrollable circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Port congestion
  • Carrier schedule changes
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or changes in international conditions
  • Changes in the international logistics environment

In the event of such delays, we will make every effort to assist customers in monitoring and following up on their shipment status.

12. Samples

We offer free product samples so you can evaluate material quality, thickness, and surface texture before placing a bulk order.

  • Sample cost: Free of charge
  • Sample shipping cost: Covered by the customer, payable before dispatch
  • Courier: UPS or FedEx depending on destination and availability
