Thickened cardboard — wrapping every roll completely

The buffer shell that takes the bumps

• Full wrap: Every roll is fully wrapped in thickened cardboard, forming a buffer shell. Bumps during handling are absorbed by the cardboard first, never directly on the mat surface
• Reinforced ends: The two ends of a roll are the most vulnerable points in transit — forklift operations and stacking hit the ends most easily. The ends get extra reinforcement, one more layer than the middle
• Sealed seams: Cardboard seams are taped section by section, so the whole roll never opens up or shifts during a long journey
• Scratch protection: PVC surfaces are easily scratched by hard objects in transit. The cardboard layer separates the mat surface from the outside, keeping it clean and intact when you open the package 

Plastic bag — keeping moisture and dust out

The barrier for sea freight conditions

• Full bag cover: After the cardboard wrap, every roll is covered with a full plastic bag, enclosing both the cardboard and the mat
• Moisture protection: Temperature and humidity change a lot during sea freight. The plastic bag blocks moisture vapor, so neither the cardboard nor the mat surface gets damp
• Dust and dirt barrier: Dust and debris from transport, warehousing and transshipment never get in — the mat stays clean throughout
• Sealed opening: The bag opening is tightened and sealed, keeping the whole pack airtight for the entire journey

Wooden frame — bearing the weight, steadying the roll

The structure that carries the container load

• Load bearing: In a container, rolls can only be stacked, so the bottom rolls bear the whole stacking weight. The wooden frame takes that pressure — the mat itself carries no load, so it never deforms or gets pressure marks
• Forklift friendly: The frame structure lets forklifts insert and lift smoothly, making loading and unloading steadier and faster, reducing human bumps
• No rolling or shifting: The frame keeps the roll fixed in place — no rolling, no shifting inside the container during transit
• Safe in stacks: With the frame supporting between layers, lower rolls never get crushed — every roll keeps its integrity
