How We Turn the Template into Real Flooring?
One of problem for some of our clients who are after foam boat flooring for their precious boat or yacht, is that they don’t have exactly the design file like AI or PDF or DXF.
Well, actually they can just use plastic material to make the template and ship to us for scanning, which you can see below photo, is the template we received from US.
It is not hard to make the template by self, we will write an article about the instruction later. Once we have the template, then we will use our scanning machine to scan it and upload to computer, to make the final drawing like below photo.
When client confirm that the drawing is good, then we will produce the flooring by our CNC machine and send photo to client for confirmation again, after we have the green light, the express company will ship it to the door of our client, takes only 5 days!
