During conversations with international customers, QT MAT learned that delivery time is one of the most important factors when planning orders. To provide transparency and give customers peace of mind, the company has created a Shipping Policy PDF, which explains the full process from production to delivery.

The PDF provides detailed guidelines on each step of the process:
Production Time: Roll-out mats can be produced in 10–15 days, EVA mats in 7–10 days, and judo mats in 15–20 days. Production schedules for large orders should be confirmed with customers in advance.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, and production begins once order information is verified.
Shipping Time: Estimated delivery varies by region: Europe around 60 days, Australia about 50 days, and the United States 50–55 days. Actual delivery may be affected by customs, port congestion, weather, and logistics factors.
Packaging: All products are carefully inspected and professionally packaged before shipment, usually with plastic wrapping. QT MAT also cleans the products. If the packaging is damaged, please contact QT MAT within 48 hours.
Shipping Method: QT MAT provides door-to-door shipping for most regions, with some regions shipped to port. The final method is confirmed with the customer.
Duties and Taxes: Most regions can include customs clearance and taxes in the service. If not included, customers are responsible for applicable fees.
Logistics Tracking: Customers will receive logistics tracking information or can contact sales for assistance. QT MAT is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
By providing this Shipping Policy PDF, QT MAT aims to help customers clearly understand the shipping process, avoiding confusion regarding delivery time, duties, and packaging.
