Customers consider colour, dimensions, customization, packing and transportation when purchasing martial arts mats, but product quality remains the main concern.
Martial arts flooring is not a short-term decorative purchase. It is a fundamental part of a training facility and is expected to remain in use over time. If the formal order differs from the approved sample, or if visible differences appear within the same batch, the customer may face additional communication, installation difficulties and disruption to the opening schedule.
QT MAT therefore does not ask customers to rely only on general descriptions such as “high quality,” “strict inspection” or “reliable product.” Useful evidence should show what was approved in the sample, what guided formal production, what was checked before shipment and who remains responsible after delivery.
A sample allows customers to examine the colour, surface texture, thickness, structure, firmness and overall workmanship of the mat. It also helps determine whether the product suits the training discipline and facility.
However, the customer’s main concern is not limited to whether the sample itself is good. The more important question is whether the formal bulk order will maintain the colour, texture, thickness, structure and overall result represented by that sample.
If the sample is well made but the formal order follows a different standard, the sample no longer provides a meaningful reference. QT MAT therefore treats the sample as an important reference for the formal order rather than as a separate product prepared only for presentation.
After sample approval, the relevant specifications, colour, texture and customization requirements need to be reflected in the formal order. For projects involving a logo or a specific colour arrangement, the artwork, colour, direction, dimensions and position should also be confirmed before production.
The QT MAT custom page states that customers can use samples to verify product quality before placing a formal order and emphasizes consistency between the sample and the final bulk order. This commitment should then be supported through product comparison and pre-shipment review.
“The sample and bulk order are the same” should not remain a verbal promise. A more direct method is to place the approved sample and formal product together so the customer can review their actual relationship.
Depending on the project, QT MAT can use photos or video to compare:
Visible characteristics should be shown under similar lighting and from comparable angles whenever possible. Measurable characteristics can be checked through actual measurement photos or videos, allowing the customer to see the measuring tool, measurement position and product condition.
The customer can see not only that bulk production has been completed, but also whether the formal products follow the approved sample and confirmed order requirements.
A comparison between the sample and one formal product addresses only part of the concern. For a customer covering an entire training area, consistency across the complete batch matters more.
Quality checks therefore also need to consider whether different products within the production batch follow the same requirements. Depending on the product and project, the review can include:
The purpose is not to prove that one mat looks good. It is to check whether the complete order has been produced according to the same requirements.
Factory photos cannot prove every aspect of mat performance on their own, but they can show where products are made and which stages a formal order passes through.
QT MAT has real factory photos and videos showing mat production, processing, inspection, packing and container loading. Material showing products, staff and actual operations is more useful than images of empty machines or general factory buildings.
Sample-to-bulk comparisons, thickness or dimensional measurements, surface and edge checks, logo reviews and completed products before packing can all provide more direct information for quality assessment.
For customers who cannot visit in person, QT MAT also provides virtual factory tours. Through live video, customers can view the factory environment, production lines and equipment while asking questions about their orders.
This transparency does not replace sample-to-bulk comparison, but it shows that formal orders are produced in a real manufacturing environment rather than existing only in a salesperson’s description.
“Inspected before shipment” is easy to say. The more important question is what the inspection is based on.

QT MAT’s pre-shipment checks need to return to the approved sample, confirmed specifications and custom requirements rather than judging only whether the products appear neat.
If the customer approved a specific colour, texture, thickness and logo result, these details need to be reviewed after bulk production. Different products in the order should also be reviewed for visible differences in colour, texture, dimensions and workmanship.
Depending on the project, QT MAT can provide overall photos of the completed products, side-by-side sample and bulk comparisons, colour and texture close-ups, thickness or dimensional measurements, completed logo appearance, bulk-product arrangement, packing labels and container-loading records.
The customer can review the final result before shipment. Any detail requiring clarification can be checked before transportation rather than being discovered only after arrival.
Factory images can show that production has been completed. Installation at the customer’s facility provides further evidence that the mats have entered a real training environment.
In the published Forge Brazilian Jiu Jitsu project, the customer ordered customized black roll-out mats featuring the academy’s logo. Before production, QT MAT confirmed the dimensions, thickness and logo design. After production, the products were checked for dimensions, thickness consistency, surface quality and logo appearance. Product photos were then provided for final customer confirmation.
After installation, the customer provided an on-site video showing the completed facility. The project presents a visible quality process:
A real project allows customers to see how approved requirements enter formal production and how the completed mats are ultimately installed in a training facility.
Production and inspection do not mark the end of quality management. Martial arts mats still pass through packing, handling, container loading, storage and international transportation.
QT MAT arranges packing according to the product form and checks the products, labels and packing condition before shipment. Packing photos, loading videos and on-site records do not prove product performance by themselves, but they show that the order has completed bulk production and entered an actual delivery process.
For the customer, quality means more than a mat that looks good inside the factory. It means receiving a complete order in a condition suitable for installation and use.
No production or inspection process should be used to claim that a product can never experience a problem. A reliable supplier also needs a clear scope of responsibility, a verification process and a defined response.
Under the current QT MAT after-sales policy, all products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the shipment invoice date, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
If a customer reports an issue that may fall within the policy, the customer provides order information, a description and clear photos or video. QT MAT reviews and verifies the circumstances before proceeding according to the agreed resolution.
A published warranty does not replace production quality, but it shows that quality responsibility does not end when the products leave the factory.
Customers care about quality because martial arts flooring directly affects installation, daily training and long-term facility operation.
QT MAT does not ask customers to accept a simple claim of “good quality.” Samples, confirmed specifications, sample-to-bulk comparisons, factory photos, inspection videos, completed projects, packing records and a published after-sales policy allow customers to assess quality through multiple stages.
Together, these points answer the customer’s main questions: Does the sample represent the formal order? Does the complete batch follow the approved requirements? Do the mats enter a real customer facility? Will someone remain responsible if a concern arises?
Send QT MAT your training discipline, facility dimensions, colour, texture, thickness, logo and main quality concerns. The team will confirm the project requirements and provide inspection photos or video before shipment.
